Muslim Community Engagement
Welcome to the Muslim Community Engagement Club, where we are dedicated to uniting Muslim communities across Houston and empowering Muslim youth. Since our founding in 2023, our club has provided a welcoming space where members can participate in educational seminars, engage in cultural activities, and contribute to meaningful initiatives that strengthen bonds both within and beyond the Muslim community.
Mission
The mission of the Muslim Community Engagement Club is to promote dialogue between different Muslim communities and empower Muslim youth by providing educational opportunities, cultural awareness programs, and social justice initiatives. The club is dedicated to creating a supportive and inclusive environment that fosters mutual respect and cooperation among individuals of all backgrounds. Through community service and interfaith dialogue, we strive to empower our members to actively engage in their communities, contribute positively to society, and strengthen bonds of friendship and solidarity within and beyond the Muslim community.

A spiritual gathering to commemorate the Prophet Muhammad's (PBUH) night journey with reflective discussions and community prayers.
🍂 Sister's ShukrGiving BBQ
A Thanksgiving-inspired BBQ for sisters, celebrating gratitude and sisterhood with great food and bonding activities.
🎨 Pottery Painting
A creative and relaxing event where members explored their artistic talents and bonded with fellow club members by painting pottery.
🍴 Iftar at Rice University
A collaborative iftar event with the Muslim Students Association at Rice University featuring great food, an insightful lecture, and the opportunity for students and community members to break their fast together and build connections.
